1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope you'll love everything you buy from Essential Scent, but we promise a full refund if you're unhappy with your purchase - just return your item(s) to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. You can expect your refund within 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
2. FAULTY GOODS
If the goods we have supplied are faulty, you may return them and receive a refund, provided you do so within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.
Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.
3. DO I NEED TO NOTIFY YOU IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you want to return your goods in accordance with our Returns Policy for unwanted or faulty goods. All returns need to be authorised by our returns department prior to returning. Please email us at email@example.com explaining why you wish to return your item(s). We will email you back within 1 working day and will provide you with a correct returns address.
4. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you wish to return your item(s). Wait for an authorisation reference and returns department address via email before sending back.
2. Re-pack the item in appropriate packaging and include a covering note with your name, address and order reference. Please explain the action you would like us to take.
3. Return the package by using a postage method with proof of postage.
4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
5. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We do not cover the cost of return postage.
